Next Meeting of the OCCC

The OCCC has meetings during the fall and spring quarters of each year. Our chair is selected each year at the fall meeting and presides over the following spring and fall meetings. Here is the general template for the quarterly meetings: OCCC meeting template

9:00- 9:15: Introductions, approve the minutes of the previous meeting

9:15-10:30: News from the colleges (round table discussion)

10:45-11:30: Group topics (submit topics to Mitch Fry)

• RogueCC course number request
• Discuss a slightly more formal process for course number requests using the Wiki
• NCWIT discussion: Ron Tenison

11:30-12:00: OCCC business:

• Lunch discussion on OUS/CCWD/HECC/EIB new organization structure: Bruce Schafer

1:00-3:00(?) Afternoon CIS and CS breakout discussions

CS: transfer course descriptions and outcomes
CIS: statewide inventory of technology classes; marketing to CS graduates for specific skills (?) 
MSSE: EO, OIT, SO, WOU workgroup
