- The David Swenson Award Procedure
"1. Nominees can be suggested by any OCCC member. Nominee must have served as OCCC chair."
"2. All past award recipients and the current OCCC chair will select one of the nominated individuals."
"3. Preference should be toward a Community College member over a 4-year University member"
